40 Heart Sutra Meditation
Starting 10th February for 42 days is a powerful heart softening and strengthening Sutra. It begins with tuning into the Sun's transit in the heavens through the Gene Keys Mudra. The warm ups work with purifying the Water element in the Body and celebrating Yin Wood in this special year of the Wood Snake. This is perfect for the movement from Winter (Water) to Spring (Wood). The meditation is the mantra Aadays tisai aadays which in Sanskrit bring an acceptance of our destiny and who we are right now. It also opens Devotion, Universal Love and Transparency and aligns us with a beautiful cosmic song available to all.
