The day will begin in Newlyn overlooking the sea with welcoming introductions and a gentle meditation with sound healing.

The experience will be very good for the nervous system inviting a slowing down and mindfulness of all the senses to enhance our walk. We will walk to Roskilly - a moderate walk with steps - and spend quality time being with the sea, rock pools and beauty of the landscape.
